My favorite dinner is hamburger patties and asparagus spears. This is a low carb meal that is very filling. I also eat a side salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and mushrooms with Makoto's Ginger Dressing on the side. Add stawberries and blueberries with whipped cream for dessert and your left with a healthy meal that is very flavorful.

Hamburger Patties
1/2 lb. of lean ground sirloin
3 TB cup of Cavender's Greek Seasoning
2TB onion powder
2TB parmesan cheese
1TB dried parsely
1 egg (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well so the seasonings are dispersed evenly. For in pattys the size that you desire. (l like mine in small pattys). Cook on skillet or grill until done.
