1Lg. Can Cherry Pie Filling ( or any other pie filling , such as strawberry)
3/4 Cup ( 1 1/2 sticks) of Butter
1/2 Cup Pecans
Spread undrained pineapple in cake pan 9x13
spread on cherry pie filling , sprinkle dry cake mix all over , put slices of butter over the entire cake be sure to spread out to cover the top . spinkle with nuts and bake
Bake @ 350 for 1 Hour or until Brown
this is a very easy and simple cake and even though myself and my children do not like cherries , we love this cake I also use white cake mix and it was fine !!!!! thanks samantha wright , i live in oklahoma and this recipe came from my grandma ( Ruth Claborn also from Oklahoma ) please give her name as she is the best and deserves reconition . thanks so much
